Ordena AI provides a cloud-based platform for managing repair and service businesses, including job scheduling, customer management, inventory tracking, and team coordination.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each tenant account is isolated — your data is not accessible to other tenants.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use the platform for illegal purposes.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not claim rights to your business data.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds follow Stripe's standard policies.
Ordena AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages beyond the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
